In response to several questions...the dog's name is HUGO. He is a cross bewtween a Chihuahua and a Dachshund...more Dachshund. I am told that the crossbreed is also known as a ChiWeenie.

I will only accept PayPal unless prior arrangements are made for payment with a USPS Money Order.

I will ship by either USPS or UPS. The auction will state which method. I look for the least expensive way to ship an item, depending on size and weight. I prefer to offer flat rate shipping becasue it levels the playing field for bidders. Sometimes it costs me a little more than quoted, other times I come out ahead a few cents. First Class Mail is the only shipping method I add a little upcharge to because I have to purchase the padded envelopes, packing, and go to the post office. I add a surcharge to USPS International Shipping due to the cost of packing material and the time it takes at the Post Office counter. I ship UPS from where I work and have boxes and packing material available. I will combine and discount shipping for multiple purchases. I usually ship next business day...USPS in the morning on the way to work...UPS from work...Monday to Friday. I occasionally take a day off, but have ALWAYS shipped within 3 business days.

If a return option is included in the auction, the policy is: Returns accepted only if the unit(s) do(es): (1) not operate for reasons other than those deficiencies described in the listing, if any, or (2) is significantly different in appearance than described both verbally and pictorially in the listing. Please contact Seller before item(s) is(are) shipped back to Seller. Refund will be issued after Seller receives and inspects item, unless other arrangements are made between Buyer and Seller.
