Business InformationHistory/background
We have been designing and making jewellery for many years. We purchase our top quality jewellery components from reputable suppliers, including those within Birmingham Jewellery Quarter, and as we handcraft the majority of our jewellery, we are able to pass the savings onto you. In fact, much of our jewellery is below wholesale prices as we see the process through from the beginning to the end and we only sell direct to you on ebay. We have a good range of jewellery which is always being added to. Our aim is to supply good quality jewellery at affordable and realistic prices. The bonus of handcrafting our own jewellery is that we are able to make items in smaller or larger sizes than can generally be found on the High Street.
Payment policy
We prefer Paypal. It's quick and safe and you receive your order quicker. We accept postal orders and cheques but please bear in mind cheques need four working days to clear once they are received by the Bank, and this alone will take another 2 - 3 days.
Delivery information
We post orders every week day, Monday - Friday. We start (and mostly finish) the process on the day that the order comes in and is sent via the next available postal collection. We keep postage as low as possible but this does not just cover the stamp, but the packaging costs, time spent processing the order and for some items, the cost incurred travelling to the Post Office which are becoming fewer and further away!!
Our jewellery items are sent out wrapped in acid free tissue with either an organza pouch or velvet pouch. This in part is to save on postage costs but it also makes it easier to store your jewellery. Many people do not like to store boxes and tend to throw them away so we feel that pouches are more eco friendly.
About Sterling Silver
FOR INFORMATION - Unless otherwise stated, all charms and components used to make our jewellery are sterling silver and are purchased from reputable jewellery making suppliers in the UK (Birmingham Jewellery Quarter and members of the British Jewellers Association). There is not a legal requirement for all components to be stamped 925 and this in fact is not a hallmark but an indication that the item consists of 92.5% of pure silver, a figure which qualifies it to be regarded as sterling silver. An item has to have a total of 7.78gm and above of silver before it has to be hallmarked.
Customer Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us, and as such, if for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we would welcome the opportunity to rectify this or to explain any misunderstanding you may have.
