Paid for RM special delivery on a Sun. Was due by 1pm on Wed. I had no communication. No apology when it didn't arrive. No tracking number provided.
2. Sent several messages as I needed it by Thursday morning as then saw it was noted as posted wed. PHeW but it did not arrive on Thurs before 1pm. Finally got sent the tracking number. It wasn't SD RM but Evri. It did not arrive till Sun
3. Eventually got refunded for postage. But so disappointing as arrived too late - wish theybeen honest.
