I bought a Clarins gift set but the packaging was squashed even though the outer packaging it was posted in was fine so I don’t think it was damaged in transit. I don’t want to give a gift of a crumbled box. I contacted the seller who ignored my first correspondence. Two days later I contacted them again and they gave me a very short reply with no solution.

The Kindle Voyage I ordered was used and scratched, not "Opened – never used" as the seller described it. I have returned the item, and the tracking shows they received it 5 days ago, but they have not made a refund, nor responded to my request for them to do so. I have had to open a case with eBay, so my advice is avoid this scammer!
