Wow, wow, wow. The seller added the wording exactly as I asked for, and removed the screen so I could display her bandana on her collar too. It's better than I ever imagined it to be and is a perfect way of memorialising her. We wanted her collar on display as she wore it every day and hated the idea of it gathering dust in a box in the loft.
