I recieved some bratz from you and my daughter was over joyed. The bratz arrived very quickly, you kept me up to date every step of the way with excellent communication. The dolls were second hand and my husband was a bit dubious about purchasing them but i just had a feeling, and my daughter was desperate for a new rock angelz roxxi doll. Well when they came WOW, they were good as new, even my ever complaining husband could find no fault with them. They were wrapped beautifully and to my daughter it was as good as getting a brand new doll. Thank you so much for excellent service and making my daughter extrememly happy.
