ASE Awards is a family run business based at Moreton in Marsh, Gloucestershire. The business is run by Andy Everson and his partner Christine. Using the latest computerised engraving equipment to give customers the flexibility of a personalised service along with fast turnaround times.

We accept paypal, cheque, cash on collection and bankers draft. We also offer BACS/Internet bank payment; please contact us for details.

All orders are packed and despatched with 3 days of order received. Most items attract a delivery charge with some smaller items offering free delivery. Due to the latest Royal Mail delivery charge increase we are now sending most of our trophies by overnight courier which in fact works out cheaper than Royal Mail 1st Class post.

You are free to return faulty items to us for inspection/replacement. Please note personalised items cannot be returned once engraved. All damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt to qualify for refund/replacement. We take great care to ensure spelling mistakes are minimised but if a mistake is made that is proven to be our fault we will be happy to replace it. Items will be accepted back to our premises but return postage will be at the customers expense. All refunds will be for the cost of the original item less postage.
