95% of the time we ship either Priority or First Class. There are a few exceptions to Media and Parcel Post Mail.
At this time I do not accept returns on items. However I'm a strong believer in customer service so if you receive something that is not as stated in our terms send me a simple message and will work something out so you are left with a smile on your face.
