We began in May of 2002 as a part time home based business with a small inventory of liquidation parts for PC's and Laptops. After building a great reputation within the eBay community we started an online store to allow us to serve the growing number of businesses and individuals who can not make purchases on eBay. In 2003 we moved into our current repair location where we now are able to service asia pacific customers as well as over the world wide web. Our 4,000 square foot facility located in Malaysia, is open to the public and includes a complete laptop repair service department specializing exclusively in Dell laptops and notebook.

After winning the auction, an email with checkout procedure will be sent to your eBay registered email address outlining your checkout procedure. All payments must go through our checkout. We accept the following payment methods: PayPal Payments are expected within 7 days after the auction is closed. Unpaid item (UPI) complaint will be filed with eBay upon non-receipt of payment. Bidding on multiple auctions? Simply wait until all of the auctions have ended, and then complete the checkout from the most recent email that received from us. Once checkout is complete, you will not be able to include any additional auctions. We start to process and fulfill your order once payment checkout is complete.

How much is shipping and handling (S&H)? The shipping and handling costs will be clearly marked on the auction item page. For multiple purchases, our checkout system will determine the S&H based on shipping profiles shown in each auction whichever is higher. For your convenience, all additional shipping discounts will be applied automatically. Please make sure the Ship-To address you type during checkout is correct. We are not responsible for any wrong or undeliverable addresses.

We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not pleased with your purchase, we'll be happy to make an exchange or refund the product price less S&H within 7 days of your purchase via parcel post (USPS). For any exchange or refund, we need the original receipt or a record of the purchase in our system, and the product must be in its original condition, including the box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all the accessories. Please allow up to 10 business days for returns to be processed. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
