We prefer to accept payments through PayPal but are happy for your buyers to pay with Postal Orders, Bankers draft or Personal Cheques (subject to a 7 working day clearance period). Sellers are never asked for upfront payments and our selling commission is amongst the most competitive you will find on eBay.

We always use the best possible new cartons and packaging to ensure that your items reach your buyer in perfect condition. Insurance is either included or offered in all auction sales and recommended or included in all high value items. Although carriage rates have risen dramitcally in recent years, we have been able to negotiate competative rates with most carriers to ensure your buyers will get the best possible deal worldwide.

All our auction sales include a 14 day return policy for a full refund of the auction sale price but not including postage or shipping charges. For this reason we will not settle outstanding customer accounts until a 14 day period has lapsed from dispatch of your auction item.

Ebay and PayPal fees or other money processing services, generally amount to around 15% of the sale price of your item and these charges are included in our fees. If you start your auction at 99p there are no fees if your item doesn't sell. Our minimum fee for listing and administering your auction is £5 or the appropriate percentage whichever is the greater. That means that if your item sells for less than £5, we will retain the sale price to cover listing and administrative charges. If it sells for £17 or more the variable percentage rate will be applied. Below this figure you will be charged our minimum fee of £5.
