I pack all items with great care and often pay additional fees as a little thank you to buyers. It should be noted that it is Audio Grails policy to ship all items with a value greater than £50 with full insurance. This insurance protect both buyer and seller against the rare occurrence of poor handling during transportation.

I review music for several publications on a freelance basis, and have a radio show based in the South West.
