In November 2007, Austin Reed decided to sell a portion of its surplus stock on eBay. Since then, austinreedsuits has been consistently delivering high quality items and service to hundreds of customers, direct from the Austin Reed warehouse in Thirsk.

We prefer PayPal, but also accept payment by cheque or postal order.

Most of our items have free UK postage. Otherwise we charge £5.50 for large items and £3.50 for smaller ones. All items are sent on 24hr delivery and nearly always dispatched within 2 working days. International costs and delivery times vary considerably.

we accept all returns. If we have made a mistake (e.g. the listing is inaccurate or the item is damaged) then we will refund the full price of the item and the return postage costs. If we are not at fault, then we will ask that you pay for the return of the item, and will refund the price of the item minus our postage costs (usally £5.50).
