We are a small company in lovely Marlborough, Wiltshire. We have two websites of our own, one selling car accessories (www.auto-unique.co.uk, how it all started!) and one selling a massive range of collectable and/or nostalgic signs, thermometers, clocks and fridge magnets, many of which are exclusive to us (www.signs-unique.co.uk). We sell a large selection of our catalogue (but not everything) on eBay as a great way of enabling new customers to find us!

Paypal's great and easy but we can also take any card direct by calling us on 01672 519333, or happy to receive a UK cheque. Some overseas customers like paying by bank transfer and that's fine too - necessary details provided on request

We set our p&p charge at approximately true cost of postage + packing materials for each item - but our postage discounts mean that if you buy more than one item, the shipping you pay is quite likely to be below true cost. Postage discounts: For UK purchases, we only charge the highest single item shipping cost, no matter how many items you buy. For overseas orders, we charge the highest single item shipping cost plus one third of shipping cost of additional items. Wait for us to send a revised invoice if you are unsure / don't know how to make the adjustment yourself.

We want our customers to be happy and will always give full refund for anything unwanted if it is returned promptly and undamaged. Our feedback shows we're nice guys(!) - almost 100% positive feedback and the odd exceptions are harsh or ridiculous! In 6 years trading, we think we only once truly deserved negative feedback and that was an accidental mess up by us rather than anything deliberate - and we did say sorry and sorted it out! In general, if you are returning something just because you've changed your mind, we'd expect you to pay the return postage - unless you think there's a specific reason we should!!!

If you're nearby or visiting Marlborough, we're happy for you to collect and save the postage cost BUT!!: - only by appointment please! - we are not a shop and, whilst we can show you any particular item you want to see, we are not set up for random browsing, in fact... - most of our stock is at a separate warehouse location we visit once a day so we need notice to make sure what you want to see/collect is actually here!
