Hi, Personalised Pet Products is a family business run by myself and my amazingly supportive wife. Being both pet lovers ourselves with our own dog Tilly, we noticed that there was nobody offering real personal pet gifts at affordable prices.

We started selling our personalised pet gifts on Ebay in Nov 2007, and have expanded our range since. We also have our own website now;

Payment policy
We prefer Paypal, but also accept cheques and postal orders.(we do not accept Irish postal orders).
Please note that anyone who does not send their cheque or postal order as promised will receive a non payment strike against their name from us.
Delivery information
All our items are well packaged and sent through Royal Mail First Class, except for items over 2kg when we use DHL 1 to 3 day max service.
Return policy
We will replace any lost or faulty goods providing we are contacted within 7 days of you receiving them. We cannot however be held responsible for products ordered the wrong size, or when inadequate instructions have been given, as once personalised items cannot be resold.
