Payment policy
Payment is accepted via uncrossed postal order, cheque or PayPal.
Delivery information
Postage costs include the cost of packaging materials used plus administration costs incurred during the dispatch of goods, as well as the actual postage cost.
Return policy
If a fault is found with an item we ask that we are notified within a week of receipt. If we request the item be returned it must be received back from the buyer within the subsequent seven days after our correspondence.
Returns to be made at the buyers’ expense.
Returns will be tested and inspected and a replacement will be issued for a faulty item. If no fault is found the item will be returned to the buyer at their expense.
