Please pay by paypal within 3 days of winning an auction or immediately for Buy It Now purchases.

All items will be dispatched the following working day after your payment has cleared and you will receive an email confirming this.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the goods unused and in original packaging. However, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods that you intend to return them and they must reach us within 10 working days of your notification. You can return the product to us at your expense via a fully secure trackable service that is fully insured as we cannot be held responsible if an item is mislaid or damaged by the carrier you use. We reserve the right to refuse goods received outside of this period and if not in the original packaging, or as new. Your statutory rights are not affected. On receipt of the returned goods, we will refund in the same manner that the original was paid. We do not refund shipping & handling charges or return postage.
