i only accept confirmed paypal address payments not to be confused with verified cheques postal orders (uncrossed) and if collecting items cash only

i DO NOT make any profit from p&p pricing and the prices quoted will always reflect the items value wieght and size + any cost for packaging materials such as tape bubble wrap etc and in some cases feul expenses. the price quoted on listings is for mainland uk although the courier i use does charge more for certain postcodes and if you are unsure you should contact me first before buying or bidding with your full postcode

contact must be made within 7 days items must arrive back in same condition they are sent out in via a trackable service. items that have been misused in away that is not intended or that instruction does not state are not eligable. all products are fully checked before being listed and any items that have any faults always have it stated in listing. i will not accept returns simply because you have changed ur mind and you don't like the item or because you have used the item and don't like it or have caused damage to it. if items are collected it is down to you to fully check the item upon collection.all items are security marked or serial numbers noted in some cases both. once item is returned depending on the nature of the return it will be fully inspected and tested if this is something i can not do myself i will take to specialist to do so before any refund is given this is usually done within 24-48 hours. refunds will not be given for p&p unless this is my mistake

if wishing to arrange your own courier please note that there will still be a charge in somecases for time and packaging materials as items still have to be wrapped and i have to wait for courier to collect. as i do not have to do this with the couriers i use as they come at set times or i drop off. please note if you are going to arrange your own courier that it must still be a trackable service if paying via paypal and that i will in no way be responsable for loss or damage of item once it has left me
