Delivery information
It is our policy to ship all items within 2 business days of payment receipt. Please remember to allow a little extra time for weekends and holidays. When applicable, we do offer USPS Parcel Post and Media Mail as an economical shipping option. USPS states their delivery time is 6-10 days (9-13 days with processing). Return policy
It is the policy of Baja Outlet that every customer has a wonderful buying experience. We do provide a 7-day return policy to assure this. If you are not satisfied with the item you receive, please return it immediately for a refund (minus shipping). All sales not completed are subject to a 10% ($10 min.) restocking fee.
