I ordered one of your Kohler K341 complete engine kits but forgot to mention that I need the standard rod and .010 over piston.

I used the rebuild kit for a Kohler 14hp. It ran beautifuly for 2 hours, then the exhaust valve snapped in half. The original valve lasted 35 years...this discount part lasted 2 hours.

The bolt holes for the backrest did not line up with the seat pan (stock MF 50)so I will have to elongate the seat boltholes and use longer bolts and more washers- No big deal though, I can do that. Hello bakt4kids, I bought a rebuild kit from you and I had a machine shop rebalance the crank and they were supposed to verify whether I needed the crankpin turned and they took forever, so now I can't contact you anymore. They never did the verify and grind down, but I'm going to have it turned down by a different shop. I need to do an exchange of the rod for an oversized .010 rod.
