Extremely lightweight and cheap
I don't usually post reviews, but I got a message today asking me to review the item, so I thought that I would. I run a rehearsal studios complex, and have done for 12 years, so I know a lot about what to expect from equipment, and the quality of this item is very bad, sadly. The two chains are not aligned properly, so it is impossible for the pedal to stay upright and to hit the middle of the drum. The feel of the actual pedal is not very responsive, you really have to "put your foot through it " to make it hit the drum, so it is actually quite difficult to play with it, it takes quite a lot of energy to do. Sadly I don't even think that it is good enough for a starter as it doesn't give a realistic expectation of what a bass pedal is meant to feel like. The company who sold it was good, arranging a refund quickly, and the item was well packed too, but sadly it was in vain as the product just wasn't a good quality one at all. I leave this review with regret, and to make sure that people do not make the same mistake as I did. Thanks.
