I wished to thank you for the fast and efficient way you dealt with the two duplicate spanners in my set so that I was missing two sizes. I emailed you after 10 pm on Thursday. I had a reply early on Friday that you would send me the correct spanners and they came on Saturday. It was a great and refreshing surprise to me, since when I discovered the duplicates I had thought how much easier it would have been to have bought them locally so that I could take them back for an exchange. But your service was better than a local supplier as I had to use neither time nor fuel to rectify the problem. It is a good measure of the quality of a business as to how quickly they rectify a problem and your response was first class. I appreciate this and thank you for your outstanding service. I bought a trickle charger 7 months ago and last weekend it developed a fault. I sent one email to Bamford Trading and they sent mr a replacement within a few days. Sheila was very helpful and i would recommend them to anyone. It really does make a pleasant change these days to be treated so courteously and quickly long after the company has had your money.
