Bamford Trading must be one of the best (if not the best) seller on Ebay. Everything was dealt with efficiently and quickly. The item was excellent value, perfect condition. In fact I can't praise them enough. Hope to deal with again.

I have dealt with this company on more than one occasion and always found the customer service outstanding. I only have about 4 favourite sellers and bamford trading is one of them and by far the best. 1000000+ positive feedback says everything about this firm. What makes Bamford trading so different from anybody else out there? The answer is simple, customer service. This comes on the back of fantastice pricing. Delivery is lightening quick but let's talk about their customer service.... I bought a tripod and by my own admission, bought one without a case. I contacted Bamford trading to ask if they ever had any spare cases from return etc.. At that time they didn't but promised to contact me again if they did. I honestly never expected to hear from them but a few weeks later I receive an email stating that had a spare one and would be willing to send me it for free. It was despatched the same day. How many other companies would do this? None I could think of. I cannot speak highly enough of Bamford Trading!!!!

I wish every ebay seller was as good as Bamford Trading. I now know what the 'Favourite Seller' section is for, and this company is my first entry. Thanks again. Handipen.

I can only echo what others before me seem to have found. Bamford Trading seems to be one of those rare (particularly on the Internet) finds. They still value their reputation and appreciate that it has to be earned through good manners, good prices, good business practises, and quality items. When I asked a question by email, I had a personal (and very thorough) reply in no time at all, along with a contact name and telephone number in case the answer wasn't sufficient. The product (camera tripod) I received actually exceeded my expectations in terms of build quality and functionality, and I truly don't remember the last time that happened! I'm almost pleased that I broke my old tripod now! Well dene, guys.
