We are very proud of our current feedback rating and we have been selling items since 2006. We remain dedicated to each sale, be it for a small or large priced item, our commitment remains the same.

Our list of items is ever changing and very varied. Some of our categories include: Jewellery both gold and silver, DIY, Musical Instruments, Sporting Equipment, Hi-Fi Accessories, Domestic Goods, Apple iPhone 3G S 32GB and Apple iPod Touch, Educational Materials, Children's Story Books, Cameras, Clothing and, Collectors WWII Warships, to name but a few. All items are available until sold, and, may or may not be, replaced depending on the availability of the item.

Grey's Music was established towards the end of 2006 initially as a seller and information provider of musical equipment. We then branched out and diversified our product range to include gemstone jewellery. From there we went on to selling our products on eBay where we now also sell a range of other product items which we hope will satisfy a wider public taste and demand.

We accept Paypal and credit and debit cards via Paypal, cheques and postal orders - (UK eBayers only).

We carefully weigh and measure every single item for despatch and verify these findings with the appropriate delivery service i.e. Royal Mail, FEDEX, UPS, Parcel Force etc. All items sent are recorded or registered delivery and include insurance where appropriate. We charge the minimum possible amount for packaging material and handling. So you will find, the cost of the item to you regarding despatch costs will have a very small amount added above the actual delivery charge. Every endeavour is made to ensure that all items arrive undamaged. Customers are supplied with the tracking number of their items once the item has been posted.

We adopt a no quibble return service provided the item is returned within 7 days (when using 'buy it now') of receipt unless otherwise stated and that the item is returned in unaltered, unused condition. Return postage and packaging costs are non-refundable
