I have recently set up as a Seller after time spent working and travelling overseas. After living out of a backpack, I have decided to rid myself of my many super and superfluous belongings via eBay, so that they may continue to be enjoyed!

I have been lucky enough to have had extensive exposure to the wonderful world of antiques and collectables and, as a former Supply and Distribution manager in an unrelated industry, I aim to utilise eBay so that it provides total customer satisfaction through great products and excellent and timely customer service.

All deliveries will be done by Royal Mail, once payment is received. Please email me for postage prices to overseas (non UK) destinations not already offered. Part of the cost of postage will go towards carbon offsetting. Items will be sent by The Royal Mail unless it is uneconomic or because they prove to be an unreliable service. The Royal Mail is one of only 57 companies that have been awarded the Carbon Trust Standard, which certifies that they have managed to reduce their carbon footprint and that they are committed to making further reductions every year. Therefore, I will only be offsetting the carbon footprint incurred by travelling to and from the post office.

Returns are only accepted if previously agreed with the seller. Returns are only accepted if an item received does not match the item description. All return postage is at the purchaser's expense and no postage is refundable. The item must be returned to the seller in the exact same condition it was dispatched by the seller, otherwise any return/refund agreement will be voided.

As the impact of climate change becomes increasingly evident, I believe that part of my social responsibilty to take practical steps towards reducing my carbon footprint. This includes all my eBay related activities. To this end I have identified the size of my carbon footprint and will continue to identify areas where that footprint can be reduced. I will also purchase carbon offsets to offset some of the emissions that cannot be reduced and will do so via The CarbonNeutral Company. However, my core and fundamental aim is to avoid any unnecessary emissions from the offset and therefore, I will be recycling as much as possible. The the most visible evidence of this will be the packaging used to send all sold items.
