Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt. For auction items, I will only refund the winning bid price, not shipping costs, unless the item proves faulty or has been significantly mis-described. UK buyers purchasing a 'Buy It Now' item, are legally entitled to cancel their purchase within 7 days of receipt in writing (email, letter or fax) and return it within 30 days. In this case I will refund the cost of the item and p&p, but not the return shipping costs unless the item proves faulty or I have mis-described it.
