To end poverty for as many people as posible, we can start this by offering great wholesale prices to both the trade & public something that not many supliers do, This in turn will give most people a chance to make some much needed money or simply find something to do with there spear time, There is no losers only winners & if the listed items are to expencive or you don't need that much you can contact us & we will offer you a smaller lot (where posible) for less to give everyone a chance to grab a bargain

How our company has evolved, We got the name T.O.D.s-bargins as we was selling Toys On Demand (the last s is for sales) at bargain prices when i registered the name i missed of the a in bargAins (by accident) & the name just stuck, Since then we have slowly started moving out of the toy market & into the cosmetic market Quickly finding a spot for Collection 2000 & Constance Carroll Makeup, We are now clearing out all our other non cosmetic items as we require more space for our growing sale in the cosmetic industry, this will help both us & you find much better deals in the future

We accept most methods of payment with our prefered method being Paypal, you can also pay by credit or debit card through paypal even if you do not have a paypal account & just in case you did not know it is free to pay for goods using paypal, we also accept Cheques from u.k. resident only, Postal Orders from u.k. residents only, & should you wish to collect any items you may win or buy we are also happy to accept Cash on collections Only

All our items are now being dispatched Via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded or Via our Courier Service If no one is home to sign the items will be taken to your local delivery office & a card should be left you will then get 14 days to collect the item or arrange a new delivery if you fail to retrieve your items in this time they will be returned to us & another postage charge will be required for re-delivery if you decide you no longer want the item we will be happy to refund the cost of the goods however the P&P charges are non refundable once the service has been used as this cost will have been incured already if you have any questions please feel free to contact us as we are always happy to help.

Returns seem to be very rare this we think is a good sign however if you do encounter a problem with your item(s) simply contact us & let us know what has gone wrong & we will base each issue on it's own merrits, This way you do not become a statistic you get the service you would expect if you went into a high street shop all we ask is that you remember we are here to help & if you would not like us to be rude to you then please don't be rude to us, We have loads of happy customers & our aim will be to make you one of them too
