After the auction has ended I require full payment within 5 days, all payments to be in UK £pounds only, I accept personal cheques, (made payable to G. Bensted) postal order, bank draft or Paypal. My preferred payment method is Paypal, and is the required payment method for overseas transactions. (I will only send goods against cleared funds) Please leave your feedback to confirm safe receipt of the item

Because of the delicate nature of photo frames, and the weight of glass sheet I always package my frames in the best quality packing materials, and plenty of them. Please try to understand this when checking out my P&P charges.

Should you be unhappy with your purchase for any reason please email me immediately with your concerns. I will gladly refund the purchase price of any lot that is returned to me in its original (as received and unopened) condition, within five days from receipt. Postage either way is not refundable. all returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee unless the item was damaged or faulty on receipt.

Please ask for a quote or ‘request an invoice’ when you make your purchases I will always combine on multiple purchases to reflect any postage cost saving. Please keep in mind that the packing materials and handling charges can not be discounted.
