Our shipping rates include the cost of shipping, handling, packaging and related manpower costs. Items are generally shipped out the next business day after your payment has been verified (Sat. & Sun. excluded.) Orders from Hong Kong will all be shipped by registered international airmail out via Hongkong Post. The shipment usually takes 5-12 business days to Worldwide. Some countries like FRANCE, GERMANY, NORWAY and BRAZIL may take longer due to long-time local custom check. Sorry, We are not responsible for undeliverable address. We reserve the right to charge the shipping fee again for returned items due to wrong address. All products has 3 or 12 months warranty. Buyers MUST contact us to send the defective items back for exchange within the warranty period. Our warranty does not extended to any products that are physically damaged or that are not under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyer/user’s part.

If you are dissatisfied with any product for any reason, please contact us within 14 business days from the date you receive the shipment. You may return it within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges are not refundable. Items displaying excessive wear (Wire that has been removed from the spool and rusted flags) are not eligible for a refund. If an item is defective and you have contacted us for assistance, your shipping charges may be refundable. Items should be returned with original packages. Returns made for non-defective merchandise will be charged a 10% restocking fee. In ALL cases, buyers pay shipping at their own cost to return products for exchange or refund. We will be responsible for the postage of replacements. Please contact us with any questions prior to any return. Upon receipt of item, refund will be issued.
