Damaged on arrival, buckled in box, it had probably been stood on or heavy item thrown on top in transit. I was offered a reduction in price if i was to keep it, but what's the point when it was bought to replace an already damaged one. I wasn't offered a replacement item. The company didn't send a returns label at first, but did send one on demand the second time. Also it was a nightmare to return as all of the collection points for return via Fedex refused to accept such a large parcel.
