I run the online section of the 'real world' shops that we have based in Birmingham and Marple, Stockport.

The Birmingham shop opened in the Oasis Fashion Store in June 2000 and has gone from strength to strength ever since. Marple is the baby who was born in April 2006 and continues to expand further into the local community. Both shops are have similarities and differences, both are 'Aladdin's Caves' where you feel you could find just about anything bead-like or accessory shaped however Marple does have more things that cater to the 'older customer' (is that politically correct enough?!)

Our website can accept cheques, postal orders and all major credit and debit cards via PayPal.

Items are posted every weekday Monday-Friday via recorded or special delivery with no profit being made on postage costs, you pay for the postage, packaging and nothing else!

I don't offer refunds except in exceptional circumstances, I will always try to replace/exchange. I describe items as well as possible always including measurements and colours so there really should not be an issue as to items being misdescribed. Please always read descriptions as well as looking at the pictures and we all know that cameras (and monitor brightness settings) can lie! I DO NOT use flash photography so what you see really is what you get! And remember...any doubts just ask! I assure you I'm a good person with very few socially unacceptable vices!

We believe that within 7 days you should know whether you love your item or not, if you unfortunately don't return it to us and we'll offer you a refund or exchange, except on body jewellery and pierced earrings because that would be gross!!
