We are Beadiva! Started in 2005 by two sisters - Janice & Claire out of a love of all things shiny - grew into a jewellery making business and from there to selling beads and findings too!

Business InformationHistory/background
We started in 2005 very small at first by just making jewellery for friends and family, then discovered ebay and started selling things we no longer needed and decided to put some of our jewellery on there too! After attending a start a business course we then moved onto importing larger quantities of beads and findings to sell to avid beaders everywhere and from there it really took off! We still attend craft fairs locally and now run our own website and are hopefully going to move into shop premises in the not too distant future - we recently won the Shell Livewire Young Entrepreneur Award for the Ards Borough Council Area 2007 which has been our biggest achievement to date!!
Payment policy
Paypal (UK £Sterling only and the only payment method accepted from buyers outside UK), NOCHEX, Postal Orders (UK £STERLING only), Personal Cheques, Concealed cash at buyers own risk (Recorded/special delivery postage recommended).
Delivery information
We try to post everyday but as we still have full time jobs that sometimes gets in the way!! We package orders every evening so on the day your payment is received we will package the goods that evening and send you a dispatch notification - your parcel will then be taken to the post office on the next run, we usually have no problems posting on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday - we can sometimes post on Thursday and Saturday but this is not always guaranteed. We always obtain Proof of Postage however, as Royal Mail have refused to pay our claims for lost items in the past we can now no longer replace items that go missing in the post - all we can do is send you the Proof of Postage with the relevant claim details and allow you to pursue Royal Mail for compensation. To avoid this we always recommend that you pay the additional 50p to cover the cost of Recorded delivery. It is always important that you ensure that you have provided us with an accurate address & postcode!
Return policy
We accept returned items, but please contact us in advance to make us aware of the item being returned and the reason why. If we have made a mistake goods can be returned and we will replace or refund provided the goods are returned to us in their original condition. If you wish to return the goods for any other reason we will replace or refund provided the goods are returned to us in their original condition, and any refunds in these circumstances will NOT include postage costs, it will be for bid/buy it now price only.
