History/background
We used to have a shop, but we are mainly just making a bit of space and trying to earn a bit of extra money. We both enjoy having a chat with eBayers too. We try to be fair and honest and we have only had a handful of awkward customers. On the most part, eBayers are a friendly lot.
Payment policy
We accept paypal, cash on collection, cash by recorded deilvery (at your own risk and it is not encouraged), cheques (must clear before item is sent) and postal orders (uncrossed).
Delivery information
We are always careful wth p&p but if we do overcharge by a significant amount then we refund the difference and that policy has earned us a good reputation as honest sellers. We usually charge about 50p for packing materials, but that varies from parcel to parcel. We like to send things out as soon as we can too.
Return policy
I don't think we've ever been in a situation where a return has been necessary. We are honest and we make it clear that we won't accept returns from those who have not read the listing. If we make a mistake, we'll rectify it though. Just hasn't happened yet.
