It arrived in pieces, missing a rod, in a post office clear plastic bag with a knot in the bag to stop things falling out. No packaging, no instructions and no labels. seller messing me around for days now, ignores messages and making excuses. not happy. all i want is a working item or a refund and so far all he offers is 20% refund and is begging for me not to leave bad feedback as he is more concerned about his ratings than customer service. NOT HAPPY
