I try very hard to be fair with p&p. 99%+ of materials used have been bought new [tissue paper,bubble wrap,jiffy bags, boxes & paper]sometimes boxes will be recycled this is only when its a perfect size for the item, rather than use an oversized box, which will increase postage.Items will be wrapped in several layers for safety. I ALWAYS post the same day that payment is received other than when the PO has closed, sundays,bank holidays then its the next day.This is regardless of how many items need posting ie 1 item or 10 items.I live along way from the nearest post office.My aim is for people to be happy with the item bought and to feel they've got a fair deal.However any damage caused to a item once posted please contact postal service,UNLESS, it is through obvious neglect on my part then no questions asked a full apology and refund will be given. THIS IS A POLITE NOTICE NO DISRESPECT INTENDED TO ANYONE JUST TRYING TO BE FAIR ALL ROUND.

NO QUIBBLE IF FAULT ON MY PART, DESCRIPTIONS ON ITEMS ARE DONE TO MY BEST ABILITY IF ANYTHING MISSED THEN BY ACCIDENT AND NOT TO MISLEAD.
IF RETURNING AN ITEM AND ITS NOT MY FAULT, THE CUSTOMER IS RESPECTFULLY INFORMED IT WILL BE AT THEIR COST.ALSO ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN DUE TO CUSTOMER CHANGING THERE MIND ABOUT PURCHASE.
