Comes rolled up and vacuum packed in an easy to carry box. Good value. Communication form courier not good. It would be helpful to receive email about delivery. I was told the delivery date, waited in, it didn't come and then got a 'sorry we missed you' card the following day.

very fast delivery,nice mattress but must stress that it should have been a 10 inch depth what I ordered ,but measured 9 inch,its ok but should measure what it says on the description,also came wrapped up in a plastic bag with 4ft 6ins on the wrapping ,but was as ordered a 4 foot .Very misleading,petty I know but honest info is what is required on the feedback...Hence a positive feedback.
