We do not agree that jewellery should 'turn your finger green' lasting only for a few wears. Our products are selected to last so you no longer have to throw your money away. You can rest assured that the Sterling Silver you buy from us is indeed Sterling Silver and the 14ct Gold and 18ct Gold is genuine as our products are tested and authenticated by the London Assay office. Hallmarking at the London Assay office is a process of testing metals for their content and then applying a validating stamp on each article of jewellery.

All items are securely packaged before shipping to insure protection during transit, and of course to ensure it looks great when received. All items are packaged in quality leather pouches, cotton cushion boxes, or cushion high quality jewellery boxes. The jewellery boxes make for the perfect storage and keepsake. We use Recorded and Special delivery allowing us to track all packages. You are always notified of dispatch and the tracking number.

To return an item you must notify us within 14 days or receipt of goods. These 14 days are a cooling off period helping you decide if you made the right decision. Your right to cancel your contract with us for the goods you have ordered is subject to: a) You not having worn, damaged, resized, engraved the jewellery or had it altered by another Jeweller. b) The goods to be returned are not Earrings. For hygiene purposes we cannot refund on Earrings or sets which include Earrings if worn. c) You contacting us within 14 days of receiving your goods. You are responsible for shipping payment on return of all goods to us. It is preferred you return to goods to us by Recorded Delivery. This will ensure you have proof of mailing. The package must be packed securely. We are not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. If the item is returned in the same good condition in which it was sold your refund will be processed same working day.
