I can except paypal and postal order from all UK buyers.
non-UK buyers including Europe, i can only except paypal.
paypal and postal orders are the ONLY payment method i will except.
I will except cheques {FROM UK BUYERS ONLY} but i always wait for the cheques to clear before i post items to the buyer, so please allow extra time for your item to arrive because of this
Delivery information
I always try my hardest to deliver on the same day or next, (monday - friday only) but due to other commitments i sometimes have to post 3-4 days once payment is received, i will always tell the buyer honestly about when i will be posting there item before payment is made.
I deliver most items 2nd class recorded delivery, and i will always send the buyer a message on the day of posting, including there tracking number.
Return policy
sorry i don't except return items unless there is a fault with the item. If you find a fault please send it back to me (recorded is safer for you as i can't refund an item i didn't receive) and i will then send you a full refund. Sorry i can't refund the postage to return.

feedback
As i buyer i will leave feedback as soon as i receive the item i brought. I always prefer to leave positive feedback, even when the item is lost in the post or item was not as described or damaged on delivery. As a regular seller and buyer i relise mistakes happen and it is not ofen the sellers fault, ie. royal mail (snail) lost the item. So even when this does happen i always give feedback on how the seller responded to the problem.
When i sell an item i will always leave feedback as soon as i receive feedback from the buyer, sorry i know some buyers prefer feedback as soon as payment is received, but this is just my system.
I would really apreaciate it if, buyers would leave feedback when they receive the item they brought from me, not only for my feedback rating, but i like to know that you received your ok and are happy with your purchase.
