HI there everyone should know that I am an honest person with a big personality and a little mad it has to be said!!!!!

I sell everything from my childrens outgrown clothes, my own clothes be it new or used, bits and bobs from around the house and of course Claire's Crystal Classics jewellery my very own handcrafted jewellery each piece made for life and made with love and passion. Hope you like it too.....

I buy lots of things...... so my husband says, anything that shines I am a bit like a magpie. I also buy bits and bobs for the family, essentials really, well that's what I say anyway.

I don't collect anything really, except a lot of jewellery I make I love it so much I tend to keep it and not sell it.....Silly me.

OOOOH-This is a hard one as I love all sorts of music from U2 classic legends to maroon 5, Nitin Sawhney~Ambient chilled, 07, Thirteen senses, John legend, Annie Lennox, Newton Faulkner~ love him!!!!, Mary J blige, and lots lots more that maybe I can't admit to.

None as I don't watch TV, Oh actually I love watching Ant and Dec Saturday night take away series however it's only on for a few weeks....

I try and use recycled packaging where possible to cut down on waste trying to be a bit Green. I feel that my postage and packaging charges are fair as they cover my packaging and all associated with the extra packing materials-fuel-time-handling and of course the postage itself.If you feel that the postage is a little too high on an item you have purchased then do email me and I am sure that we can resolve any issues after all I am human and certainly won't bite.

For clothing items ~ I will not accept any returns due to a poor fit, this is not my fault, No returns unless the item is proven to be faulty as all my items are described accurately and finally anything that needs to be mentioned will be.Please do note that I take pride in my feedback if there are ever any issues then just email me and I will respond as soon as I can. If you require to return a bespoke piece of Jewellery or Tiara there is a re-stocking charge of 50% of the value therefore only half the money will be refunded as it's a bespoke piece I will not necessarily be able to resell it. All bespoke pieces are finalised with a one/several photos sent via email for approval before the items are mailed. When approval has been made only then will it be despatched and you are confirming that you are happy with the item All Returns~The returnee is responsible for paying the return postage and no postage or shipping costs will be refunded.
