Hi, my name is Jenny and I sell on e-bay as BeverleyBelle. I love selling these beautiful products. I love wrapping up my parcels and sending them and I look forward to receiving the feedback which shows things have arrived safely.

I sell cosmetics and beauty products mainly, MAC, NARS, Urban Decay, Hard Candy, Too Faced, but I will also be selling other famous names as I expand the business.

I have only started selling this year so I am still learning. I take the satisfaction of my customers very seriously and want you to enjoy shopping with me and be pleased with your purchases. I always send a note with the parcel to ask people to contact me if they have any problems, I take feedback received very seriously and would be very upset if someone left negative feedback without giving me the chance to rectify the problem first. I try to keep prices as low as possible, I could make more profit but I prefer to know that I am offering good value. Until I opened the shop I didn't realise how much it costs in e-bay selling fees, final value fees and Paypal fees so I don't receive nearly the amount paid for each item. Having said that it is well worth every penny as e-bay is such a wonderful forum for my products although I now have to learn to stop spending every penny I make on more stock. People keep asking me if I am making a profit yet but I love buying things to sell

I am a single parent with two sons. I work full time in a job I love with a wonderful group of people, but as it is for the NHS it unfortunately does not pay enough to pay a mortgage and manage on so I started selling as a way of raising money. I would much rather sell at a decent price and hope that people come back to buy more rather than making a big profit. Also, as I said before, every time it looks as though I am making a profit I see some other lovely things that I want to sell to my customers. So although I am not making much money I am really enjoying myself. As well as the full time job I am also currently undertaking a degree course in Health Service Management and Administration, this is why you will notice that I am often on here leaving feedback in the early hours of the morning. I do my best to post everything within 24 hours of receiving payment whenever possible.

I prefer payment via Paypal, if possible from a bank account or Paypal balance as I get charged for credit card payments. I also accept Postal Orders or cheques, although you will have to wait until the cheque has cleared before I post your parcel to you.

I send everything within the UK first class I recommend that anything rare or valuable should be sent recorded delivery which I always quote a price for. If you are in a hurry you can pay for Special Delivery which means that you will receive the parcel before 1pm the following day, although you must be at home to sign for this, I would recommend it if you order a large amount and would like it as soon as possible. For international shipping I send either air mail or signed-for airmail which is trackable.
