UK Buyers:
PAYPAL, Bank account transfer, UK Sterling cheque, UK Sterling Postal Order
Overseas Buyers: Paypal only unless exceptional circumstances agreed
An Ebay Dispute will be raised if payment is not received within 7 days (unless prior agreement made)
Delivery information
UK BUYERS: Item will be posted Recorded Delivery in the UK which includes insurance up to £34.
OVERSEAS BUYERS: will have the choice of Airmail or the International Signed For Service. The latter service includes a tracking number and insurance. The Airsure service can also be purchased at an additional premium (aprrox. £1) for mailbox holders.
Return policy
Swimwear/underwear - there is a no refund policy.
Other items - only for errors in the listing.
Buyers should ensure that they are sure about the sizing of the item before purchase.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Where payment is made through Paypal, delivery to a confirmed Paypal address only - any other payment methods, delivery to registered Ebay address.
International buyers - I will NOT post to an UNCONFIRMED address - payment will be refunded and you will be asked to contact Paypal to arrange for confirmation to be completed prior to paying again
An Ebay Dispute will be raised where repeated requests to send items to unconfirmed addresses are received.
Lost/Missing Items
I ALWAYS get proof of posting.
UK Buyers: A tracking no. will be provided and it is best to try and track through www.parcelforce.com as they will at least tell you your package is in transit!
Claims cannot be made until 15 days after the due delivery date (recorded items can take up to 48 hours to be delivered), so therefore 17 days after posting. Maximum claim is £34.
Overseas Buyers: The basic delivery service is Airmail, this is not insured and therefore if you have chosen not to take the optional insurance/tracking and your item goes missing, it will be your responsibility to trace - refunds will NOT be given in this circumstance. Tracing can be put into place after 25 days from the posting date, but as enquiries need to be made in the delivery country, this can take up to 15 weeks to process. If any compensation can be obtained once the tracing is complete, this will be refunded to you.
