Drawing on our 20 years experience we are able to offer assistance, guidance and advice. We have recently added a range of waterproofs and funky wellies to our range, as well as a comprehensive range of specialist backpacking and hiking equipment. This line was primarily introduced with the Duke of Edinburgh awards scheme in mind for which we are delighted to offer participants a discount. We accept payment via Paypal, cheque via post to our premises or if you would like to collect we are happy to accept cash on collection.

Our postage and packing prices are based on weight and true to cost , plus the paypal transaction cost. We offer a variety of services , but will naturally quote for individual customer reuirements. We are happy to combine postage and packing on a variety of items. You are always welcome to collect from our premises in Little Paxton.

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 7 days of delivery provided they are in a new and unused condition with your original receipt and packaging. If you have used the item then they will be deemed as accepted and not returnable unless faulty. To cancel an item please email or call, items must be received within 7 days, once inspected a full refund will be initiated less any postage costs. Postage costs will only be refunded in the event of ibex error. Boots and Clothing. We will happily refund or replace items not suitable due to size as long as items are returned in an unopened state. Unfortunately we cannot refund postage cost and replacment items will also be charged a new postage cost. In the case of faulty goods due to a manufacturing defect we will provided the item has been used for the purpose it was intended offer a repair, refund or replacement at our or the manufacturers discretion.
