While reading my 100% positive feedback, you will notice several customer service trends. First and foremost, I stand behind all of my items and describe them with 100% accuracy. Since every item is 100% AUTHENTIC, there is no reason to worry about anything being FAKE. This is certainly contradictory to many ebay sellers that are currently selling designer label apparel and even golf equipment purchased from non-authorized manufacturers. Secondly, I am one for timely communication. If a question is asked of me regarding one of my items or more pictures are required, I always respond within 12 hours. My wife also provides that personal touch by including several measurements for every apparel piece. This is a unique feature to our listings, especially since most ebay sellers simply give you a size chart with a wide range of measurements.

Thirdly, I don't believe in swindling the consumer by charging outrageous shipping & handling prices. Not only are my shipping prices the cheapest on ebay for any item I offer, I also extend shipping discounts for multiple item purchases. Also, every item will ship out the next business day following payment, NO EXCEPTIONS!! We also ship apparel items worldwide. Lastly, my wife & I possess a reputation as people that are straightforward & honest. We are a 2-person operation & take responsibility for photographing each item, writing the description, packaging the goods, & delivering them to Fed Ex or the Post Office. All auction photos have been taken of the actual item located in our home & are not stock photos. We do not employ other people, & certainly do not use drop-shipping companies.
