eBay My World: biddingtired( 47)

I'm not an official business at this point, but hope to once I get some more time... It seems that everyone I talk to says they know someone who has made a bunch of money selling on ebay, so it seemed like a good way to make some extra. I've just got to quit spending more than I make on it by bidding on other things. But, I guess that's my way of trying to help stimulate the ecomomy.

I'll take a money order or cashiers check if that's the only way you can pay, but I won't ship anything until it clears the bank. I prefer pay-pal. Yes, it does charge some fees, but I can either pay those or use gas to take the money orders to the bank... it's sorta' a pay now/pay later paradox...

I try to ship most things by USPS. I also try to let you decide if it should come priority or by parcel post. I'll ship by UPS to Canada if necessary, but so far haven't had anyone from anywhere else win an auction. It also seems to be too expensive to ship things overseas. BUT if you want it and are willing to pay for it, I'll try to send it to you.

Generally don't accept returns. If I am unsure if something works or not, I'll do 3 days for returns -- but only if 1. stated in the acution listing, 2. buyer pays shipping both ways, & 3. if buyer contacts me first to say it's coming back (and it arives in the same condition as it left). I try to be reasonable about it and realize that not every situation can be covered by a blanket statement.

contact me through the ebay system. That way there are records to protect both of us if there is a problem. I check email a lot.
