Postage and packaging, to be paid by the buyer, and is non refundable. Items will hopefully be sent within 24 - 48 hours of payment and cleared funds. Please allow for weekends and Bank Holidays. Normally any payments received for orders before 3:30pm (mon-fri)on these days, will more than likely be sent out the same day. WE always obtain a certificate of posting for all items posted. So we accept no responsibility for any items lost or damaged by the post office once they have left my possession. It will be up to the buyer to claim off of the post office.
