This item was faulty and didn't work so I informed the seller who apologised and offered an immediate refund.I said I would return the item but the seller just said dispose of it save postage costs.Even though the item was faulty and chucked in the bin I am leaving positive feedback as the seller was brilliant in quick responses and on giving a refund so credit where it is due to the seller.Ebay working as it should. Seller was honest and fair and thank you for that.

Staub cast iron cherry red 24cm "Cocotte" - item as described (sadly the base is cracked & irreparable). The lid, what I really wanted, is intact, perfect colour match & fit for my existing Staub base & some Le Creuset bases. One small disappointment, the lid knob is scuffed, but that's fine as the lid's new, free of blemishes or scratched enamel. Great price too. It's impossible to buy Staub lids separately, so a bargain. Good comms from seller. Delivered on time. Pleased. A great buy. Thanks
