I charge very fairly for pack and post. Once a parcel has been handed over to the post office, i take no responsibility if it goes missing in transit. However, i always obtain proof of posting if you need it sending to you in the rare incidence of your parcel getting lost on route. I would not make the claim for you.

I don't accept returns as i am honest with my descriptions. Please don't ask to return anything just because you don't want the item any more. I only accept returns if they are faulty, and an refund would only be given once i have inspected the item when it has been returned. I would only refund the auction price, not posting and packing charges.
