i only sell 100% GENUINE Swarovski® crystals - can't bear to see some sites on ebay that advertise swarovski but they are NOT the genuine article and when you read their feedback whereby the customer also says they were not real makes me mad! I don't like being misled so i am always 100% honest in my advertising. PLUS if i say i've 9 items i HAVE 9 items and not 0 items. grrrrrr to sellers that say they've items in stock only to get an email to say it's not. when i want it i want it NOW - hence my great feedback on speed of postage. but please remember, i only post, i don't deliver so if it's a while its the royal mail not being able to do their job. ALSO..... i'm all for a healthy competition BUT other seller pinching my listing wording is OUT OF ORDER! the photos show we are selling similar products but mine is ALL MINE! make your own adverts up!!! DON'T PINCH MINE!!!!!

i want to give my customers the best deals i can from the stones to the glue so on most items i am cheaper than the rest! (yes i CAN brag about that as i regularly check prices)
