Hi Folks! My names Chris. I've been selling on Ebay for approximately 3 years (at the time of writing). Am still playing an active role in the community, and have not yet been committed and placed in a padded cell for my trouble!

I sell childrens toys and models as a general rule. The vast majority of the goods I sell are brand new and presentation packed. If the items are used it will always be stated in the listing. I only sell quality items that I would buy for my children (or myself if I'm honest). I tend to sell a lot of Bratz and High School Musical toys, and can often obtain the harder to find items on request. I also enjoy tinkering with radio control models, and if I find any genuine bargains to sell, I like to pass these on to my customers.

I'm a sucker for radio controlled big boys toys, and love annoying the neighbours with model aircraft.

Paypal preferred payment method, as its the most secure option for everyone and gives complete piece of mind. I also accept personal cheques and postal orders.

I don't believe in overcharging for postage in any aspect. The postage price quoted in my listings is the price provided by the Royal Mail postage calculator, and is based on the packed weight of the item. Prices for packing materials is kept to an absolute minimum, and is normally just a few pence per item. I do combine postage, so don't be afraid to ask, and there aren't any hidden costs such as the classic petrol costs and time spent travelling to the post office. Paypal payment preferred for overseas purchases, as its alot more straight forward. Always get in touch before bidding to find out the shipping cost to your country - all items will be despatched by airmail.

In three years, I've only had three returns. One was a genuine item fault, and the other two were postal damage. I don't hesitate in refunding genuine buyers, but due to the minority of Ebayers who do try their luck, I only refund postage costs if the problem is deemed to be genuine, by myself, and Ebay if an agreement cannot be reached. I'm a genuine and honest seller, and so only wish to sell to genuine, honest buyers. As a rule, I stipulate that if a buyer thinks that postal insurance for their destination is required, it is their responsibility to request that it be added at cost to the shipping price. All postage costs, including return postage, is the responsibility of the buyer unless agreement can be reached with myself / Ebay.
