For Lost items, Royal Mail insists a waiting period of 15 working days before you begin to make a claim. Again, I can provide relevant information to help you. Any claims must be made directly by yourself and by paying, you agree to this term. You are entitled to return an item within 7 days of receipt (contact me) for a refund as long as it remains unopened and in the same NEW/UNUSED condition as was sent out. Some exemptions due to being easily scanned/duplicated include but not limited to: Printed Matter, Electronic Media/AV material. P&P to return is at the cost of the buyer and a 15% of the item price is charged as a restocking fee. Seller's P&P is not refunded.
