What everyone should know about me

I have researched the subtle energies of crystals and flowers in a diploma in vibrational medicine, during which a case study had to be done on the self. This gave me scientific proof of the levels of harmony/balance these natural forms can bring.

My strong healing belief

Crystals and flowers hold vibrations that resonate with the glands in our body. When this gland is not functioning well, natural remedies can be found in nature. I also believe that affirming that 'I am 100 healthy' and that 'I've never felt better' gets us on a quicker route to recovery
